Each and every one of these drinks will make a great drink for entertaining this season. If you asked us to pick our favorite it would be like Sophie’s Choice but with three kids instead of two. Ok sorry…that’s kinda a bummer way to start off a happy post about delicious cocktails! Anywho, there’s a drink for the die-hard vodka consumer, one for the tea-nut, and one for the gin lover. We love all of these ingredients and would say that each and every bottle will make a great hostess or holiday gift this month.
Winter Whisper
3 ounces Belvedere vodka
½ ounce Aperol
¼ teaspoon Fernet-Branca
¼ ounce lemon juice
½ teaspoon sugar
Lemon garnish
Directions
Combine the ingredients in a martini shaker and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add ice and shake well to mix. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.
Nautical Charm
2 ounces Gosling’s Black Seal Bermuda Rum
1 ounce Tuaca
1 ounce black tea simple syrup
2 ounces club soda water
Lemon peel
Directions
Combine the Gosling’s Black Seal Bermuda Rum, Tuaca, and black tea simple syrup in a glass. Mix well. Add ice, then soda water, and stir. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
Graceful Entrance
3 ounces Hendricks gin
1 ounce St. Germain
2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 ounce orange juice
1 spring Marjoram
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a martini shaker. Gently press the marjoram two or three times. Add ice to the shaker, shake well, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of marjoram.
