Irish Honey Milk
1.5 Paddy Bee Sting Irish Whiskey
2 ounces milk

Directions Fill a lowball with ice and add the Paddy Bee Sting and milk. Stir until well mixed and serve.

Irish Mary
2 ounces Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
6 ounces tomato juice
2 dashes Tabasco
½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ horseradish
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper

Directions
Combine the tomato juice, Tabasco, Worcestershire, horseradish, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a martini shaker or pitcher. If you’ll be storing the mixture in your fridge before serving, stir it until the horseradish is well distributed. If you’re serving the cocktail right away, add the ice and Tullamore Dew and shake until well mixed. Strain into a glass and garnish with your favorite pickled olives and vegetables.

Irish Mary

Bloody Blanaid (Blaw-nid!)
1.5 ounces Jameson Irish Whiskey
5.5 ounces Langers Tomato Juice
2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce
¼ ounce martini olive brine
½ ounce lemon juice
Pinch ground cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
Olive garnish
Celery garnish
Lemon garnish

Directions
Combine the tomato juice, Tabasco sauce, olive brine, lemon juice, ground cumin, salt, and pepper, and set aside for two to twenty-four hours, stirring occasionally. When you’re ready to make the drink, combine the tomato mixture with the Jameson, garnish with olives, celery, and lemon, and serve.

Irish Maid
1.5 ounces Jameson Irish Whiskey
¾ ounce St. Germain
½ ounce lemon juice
5 slices of cucumber
Lemon garnish

Directions
In a martini shaker, muddle the cucumber in the Jameson, St. Germain, and lemon juice. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon and serve.

Jameson’s Ginger House
1.5 ounces Jameson Irish Whiskey
2 ounces Canada Dry Ginger Ale
½ ounce fresh lime juice
Thin slice of fresh ginger
Lime garnish

Directions
In a martini shaker, gently muddle the ginger in the lime juice and Jameson. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice. Add the ginger ale, garnish with a lime, and serve.

Irish Manhattan
2 ounces Feckin Irish Whiskey
1 ounce Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters
Maraschino cherry garnish

Directions
Fill a martini shaker with ice and add the whiskey, sweet vermouth and bitters. Shake for a few seconds to mix. Strain the mixture into a martini glass and garnish with a cherry.

Irish Manhattan

Green Cookie Monster
1 ounce Hendrick’s gin
1 ounce Midori melon liqueur
1 ounce Bacardi rum

Directions
Fill a martini shaker with ice. Add the gin, melon liqueur, and rum and shake for several seconds until well mixed. Strain into a martini glass or pour over ice and serve.

What’s Up Doc
½ ounce Jameson’s Irish Whiskey
½ ounce green apple schnapps
½ ounce lemon juice
Green Peeps bunny garnish

Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a shot glass. Garnish with a green Peeps bunny and serve.

Irish Kiss
2 ounces Carolan’s Irish cream liqueur
2 ounces espresso roast coffee
Whipped cream

Directions
Combine the Irish cream liqueur and hot coffee in a tea cup or coffee mug. Top with whipped cream and serve.

Irish Bling
1 ounce half & half
1 ounce green creme de menthe
1 ounce Irish cream liqueur
½ Jameson’s Irish Whisky

Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a martini shaker that’s packed with ice. Shake well, then strain into a bucket glass filled with ice.

Irish Sundae
1 heaping scoop mint chip ice cream
1.5 ounces Irish cream liqueur

Directions
Scoop your ice cream into a bowl, mug, or glass. Drizzle the Irish cream liqueur over the top and serve.

Shamrock Shake
2 scoops green tea ice cream
1 scoop ice
1 ounce half & half
1 ounce Irish whisky

Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

After Eight
½ ounce Tia Maria liqueur
½ ounce white creme de menthe
½ ounce Irish creme liqueur

Directions
Fill a martini shaker with ice and add each ingredient. Shake well, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a mint and serve.

After Eight 2

Green Russian
1.5 ounces Midori Melon
1.5 ounces Stolichnaya vodka (or Tito’s! Shhhh…)
½ ounce cream or half & half

Directions Fill a martini shaker with ice and add the three ingredients. Shake for several seconds to mix, then strain into a martini glass, rocks glass, or serve over ice.

Green Russian

Bailey’s Coffee Mint Ice Cream
1 scoop mint ice cream
1 ounce Bailey’s Espresso Creme
1/2 ounce chilled dark coffee
Whipped cream

Directions
Scoop the mint ice cream into a bowl, mug, or glass, then drizzle the Bailey’s Espresso Creme and coffee on top. Add whipped cream and serve.

Baileys Ice Cream_2

St. Patrick’s Day Punch
1 bottle Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
24 ounces club soda
½ cup Green Chartreuse
½ cup lemon juice
Lemon wheel garnishes

Directions
Combine all the well-chilled ingredients in a punch bowl. Added thinly sliced lemons to garnish. Ice is ideal BUT don’t add it until your guests are about to arrive. You don’t want to dilute your drink!

Midori Mai Tai
1 ounce Midori melon liqueur
1 ounce Bacardi rum
½ ounce Hiram Walker triple sec
1 ounce Tres Agaves Margarita mix
1.5 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce orange juice
Lime garnish

Directions Fill a martini shaker with ice and add each ingredient. Shake for several seconds to mix and then strain into a tumbler or snifter over ice. Garnish with a lime.
